This resource contains a Chinese New Year animal zodiac themed coordinates PowerPoint game. It is a fun way to reinforce coordinates in the first quadrant. There are three different grids to provide hours of fun! It can be played with a whole class and includes team score sheets.
Suggestions for use:
- Divide group/class into teams.
- Teams take turns to choose a coordinate.
- The scoring system is 2 points for a pig as it is the Year of the Pig and 1 point for all other animals.
